Ive never been big on breakfasts but with this whey it makes breakfast easy and it works really well in my oats instead of adding unhealthy things like sugar and butter you get a healthier option that makes it taste 100 times better.
This protein has a very good taste even before you taste it you can smell the choc, it is not heavy on the digestion which means it is absorbed well.
Some of the best tasting whey I have used. Consistency is very nice when mixed with water or meals like oats. 10/10
